Do you have a specific problem you want addressed but not a lot of time? A 40 minute therapeutic massage focused on your specific need may be just the thing! As with our regular therapeutic massage heat and essential oils are included in the session.

Flower Power CBD Massage
This massage has all the benefits of the therapeutic massage, but amps it up with the addition of Bordertown Farm organic, full spectrum, CBD massage oil and Salve. CBD works by binding to our bodies endocannabinoid receptors found throughout the body including the skin, muscles, and nerves, soothing pain and inflammation, and in this way calming the nervous system. CBD is non psychoactive so it will NOT get you high. The massage first addresses specific areas of pain and inflammation with application of the 1000 mg salve then the 60 mg massage oil is used for a full body therapeutic massage. This massage is beneficial for anyone, but especially for those dealing with chronic pain conditions such as, but not limited to, fibromyalgia, arthritis, sciatica, back pain etc... CBD won't cure the condition, but may alleviate painful symptoms.

Prenatal/Pregnancy Massage
For soon to be and new moms, a comfortable and heated table, as well as comfy pillows, coconut or jojoba oil, lavender essential oil if you choose, and relaxing music gives the mom to be, or new mama a serene time-out for herself.

Back Polish*
This treatment uses Keyano Aromatics products that are produced in Ballston Spa, New York. It's great any time of year to exfoliate with a Keyano sea salt back polish. Steamy hot towels remove the scrub revealing silky smooth skin ready to hydrate with a Keyano body butter.
