Sheila became a NYS Licensed Massage Therapist in 2005 and has been working in the Hudson Valley for 20 years.  She was a member of the American Massage Therapy Association from 2005-2016 and is currently a member of The Associated Bodyworkers and Massage Professionals.

She came by massage naturally, many members of her immediate and extended family in the United States and Europe are body workers. She has worked at the day spas, I Kneaded This, and Haven in Rhinebeck NY.  Currently she works at Waterside spa of Diamond Mills in Saugerties one day a week and per diem, as well as out of her lovely home studio in Red Hook.

In her spare time she loves gardening, learning about foraging and the medicinal qualities of the native plants that live around her as well as taking care of her chickens and cat Skye.

The studio is located in her cozy, cottage like home, amidst perennial flower beds and occasionally a chicken or two running around!
