Welcome!

My name is Sheila O'Riley, I am a NYS Licensed Massage Therapist.  I graduated in 2005 from the Hudson Valley School of Massage Therapy, and have been a member of Associated Body workers and Massage Professionals since 2016.

I've been working as a massage therapist  in the beautiful Hudson Valley for 18 years. Formerly I worked at I kneaded This, in Rhinebeck,NY  before deciding to work exclusively out of my home studio in Red Hook, NY. 

In my spare time I love gardening and learning about foraging and the medicinal qualities of the plants that live around me.  I also love restoring and upcycling furniture.

I look forward to embarking on this new journey and working with you.
