Sheila became a NYS Licensed Massage Therapist in 2005 and has been working in the Hudson Valley for 20 years.  She was a member of the American Massage Therapy Association from 2005-2016 and is currently a member of The Associated Bodyworkers and Massage Professionals.

She came by massage naturally, many members of her immediate and extended family in the United States and Europe are body workers. She has worked at the day spas I Kneaded This, and Haven in Rhinebeck NY, before deciding to work exclusively out of her home studio in Red Hook.

In her spare time she loves gardening, learning about foraging and the medicinal qualities of the native plants that live around her as well as taking care of her chickens.

The studio is located in her cozy cottage like home in a storybook setting amidst perennial flower beds and occasionally a chicken or two running around!
